Hello! I have been a lazy blogger during our preparation for school (which starts tomorrow, Yay!). In truth – I haven’t even picked up a ball of yarn this week! *GasPs* I know, the shame! I have however, been collecting patterns of interest on Pinterest. If you are a pinterest user, let me know. I love to connect. You can find my boards > HERE <.
I am a novice knitter. Aside from Garter Stitch and a desperate attempt at increases, I am still one that searches YouTube desperately when I discover a new stitch that is not within my knitting capacity. Therefore, most knitting projects that would take a true knitter perhaps a couple hours end up taking me a couple days. But, I’m one of those stubborn, determined people that insists on learning how to knit properly – just as I did with crochet. I have noticed one particular pin I made for a knitted cowl continues to get re-pinned daily at least three or four times. My Little City Girl was one of the first discovered crochet and knit blogs for me. I fell in love with her creations and have since enjoyed following her blog. Her Meringue Hand Knit Cowl Pattern (which is free via a .PDF file) seems to be amongst the most popular knit pin I have made since joining Pinterest. A list of her free .PDF patterns are available > HERE <.
To complete this post I would like to share a variety of free knit cowl patterns I have discovered.
